Our convenient Track Your Coach feature allows you to see where your loved one's bus is in real time. In order to use this feature, you need to have the charter number. This is the six digit number assigned to the trip at the time the person in charge got a quote. The bus must be IN MOTION for it to register on the system. So, if the group is at a rest stop or attraction then it will not show up on the map for you.
