This adventure takes us to the exciting Wild West! See many of our amazing National Parks, terrific towns like Cheyenne, WY and Telluride, CO, as well as attractions dedicated to Evel Knieval, two presidents, Crazy Horse, a Wyoming rodeo and more!

Day 1 • Effingham, IL: Our journey to the Wild West begins with dinner at Lonestar Steakhouse and overnight in Effingham. (D)

Day 2 • Topeka, KS:  Learn about our 33rd president at the Harry S. Truman Library & Museum - the first presidential library in the nation - in Independence, MO, before traveling on into Kansas for overnight in the state capital. (B, D)

Day 3 • Goodland, KS: Awaken your inner daredevil this morning at the brand new Evel Knievel Museum. Exhibits include many of his possessions and you can even attempt a virtual reality jump yourself!  After lunch, visit the Dwight D. Eisenhower Presidential Library in Abilene, learning about Ike’s early life and career. Overnight in Goodland. (B, L)

Day 4 • Estes Park, CO: Experience the beautiful Trail Ridge Road as we traverse the amazing Rocky Mountain National Park. Enjoy the ambience this evening in charming downtown Estes Park. (B)

Day 5 • Rapid City, SD: Hear tales of the unbridled settlers of the West on a trolley tour of Cheyenne, WY.  Learn about native cultures with a guided tour at the Crazy Horse Memorial. Enjoy the evening lighting ceremony at Mount Rushmore. Overnight in Rapid City. (B, D)

Day 6 • Cody, WY: Arrive in Cody for a tour and dinner at Buffalo Bill’s Saloon. Then, an old fashioned gunfight brings history to life prior to the Cody Nite Rodeo! (B, D)

Day 7 • Yellowstone National Park: Celebrate the showman and his legacy at the Buffalo Bill Historical Center. Enjoy a guided tour of the upper loop of Yellowstone National Park - watch for elk and bison! We visit the High Tower Falls, Hayden Valley, Mammoth Hot Springs and more! We overnight at the Stage Coach Inn. (B, D)

Day 8 • Idaho Falls, ID: Today we tour through lower Yellowstone with a stop at Old Faithful. Take in the view of Grand Teton National Park at The Chapel of Transfiguration before free time in downtown Jackson, WY. Be our guest for dinner at the Million Dollar Cowboy Steakhouse. Overnight in Idaho Falls, ID. (B, D)

Day 9 • Price, UT: Today we travel to beautiful Salt Lake City where we enjoy a guided city tour including the Capitol Building, Temple Square and Tabernacle and the University of Utah. Overnight in Price, UT. (B)

Day 10 • Moab, UT: Visit Dead Horse State Park - one of Utah’s most spectacular parks. From the overlook, we can see the astounding canyon erosion that sculpted these precipitous bluffs and towering spires. Tour the famous Hole N’ The Rock, a 5,000 square foot home carved into a mountain. Enjoy a dutch kettle dinner and then board a river raft for an amazing Canyonlands by Night Tour. (B, D)

Day 11 • Montrose, CO: Today we visit the charming old mining town of Telluride, CO. We ride the gondola at the Mountain Village into town taking in beautiful views of the San Juan Mountains. Enjoy a tour of the town followed by free time for shopping and lunch before departing for Montrose where we visit the Ute Indian Museum & Ouray Memorial Park. Take in the amazing view of the Black Canyon of the Gunnison from the South Rim observation point. (B, D)

Day 12 • Carbondale, CO: Take in the stunning views at Grand Mesa Flat Top Mountain before traveling for free time in downtown Glenwood Springs. Overnight in Carbondale. (B)

Day 13 • Kearney, NE: We travel eastward today, stopping at The Great Platte River Road Archway Monument in Kearney, NE, where we overnight. (B)

Day 14 • Coralville, IA: Our scenic drive into Iowa today includes a visit to the revolving historic Pottawattamie County “Squirrel Cage” Jail in Council Bluffs. Overnight in Coralville. (B)

Day 15 • Elkhart, IN: Learn about the rich history and innovation of John Deere in Moline, IL this morning prior to our luncheon cruise on the Mississippi River. Spend the night in Elkhart. (B, L)

Day 16 • Home: Our Wild West adventure brings us home this evening with lifelong memories! Enjoy a farewell lunch in Fremont, OH. (B, L)
