Transportation Policy

Anderson Coach & Travel will not directly or indirectly discriminate against persons. In limited situations, Anderson Coach & Travel may decline to transport a passenger for the following reasons: Non-Compliance with any government regulation. When necessary or advisable by reason of weather or other conditions including, without limitation, acts of God, labor disturbances, strikes, civil commotions, embargoes, wars, hostilities or disturbances, actual, threatened or reported. Refusal of a passenger to produce positive identification upon request. Failure of a passenger traveling across any international boundary to possess all valid documents required by the laws of the countries into which the passenger will travel. We are not responsible for any failure or inability of a passenger to comply with government laws, regulations, orders, demands and requirements which are subject to change without notice.
If a passenger’s conduct is disorderly, abusive or violent, or the passenger: appears to be intoxicated or under the influence of drugs; attempts to interfere with the driver or tour staff in the pursuit of their duties; engages in any action that could jeopardize the passenger’s safety or the safety of others; refuses to comply with seating requirements, or refuses to comply with smoking regulations. A passenger who is barefoot; does not wear clothing covering private areas; fails to maintain decent standards of personal hygiene; is known to have a contagious disease which has been determined, by the U.S. Surgeon General, the Centers for Disease Control or other Federal public health authority, to be transmissible to other persons in the normal course of a tour; or poses a significant health risk to himself or others. A passenger who wears or has on or about his or her person or belongings a concealed or unconcealed deadly or dangerous weapon.
